The sidebar is consistent across the entire platform, so navigating from your resume to your cover letters to your job pipeline is seamless.

Getting Started

Sign in

Navigate to cover.nxtjob.ai and sign in with your NxtJob account.

Land on the dashboard

You arrive at the cover letter dashboard showing all your cover letters. If this is your first visit, click “New Cover Letter” to create your first one.

Generate or start from scratch

Use the AI generation flow to create a cover letter from a job description, or start with a blank template. See Creating Cover Letters for the full workflow.
Use the Chrome Extension to save jobs from LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other portals before you start writing cover letters. When you save a job, the extension captures the full job description, which you can then feed directly into the Cover Letter Builder for a targeted, AI-generated letter. Having job descriptions ready before you open the builder saves time and produces better results.
