The platform supports two practice modes:
  • Job-based practice — Select a job from your pipeline and generate interview questions tailored to that specific role, company, and job description.
  • General practice — Choose from a bank of 50+ preloaded behavioral and situational questions when you want broad preparation without targeting a particular role.

Getting Started

Sign in

Navigate to interview.nxtjob.ai and sign in with your NxtJob account.

Land on the dashboard

You arrive at the interview dashboard showing all your mock interviews. If this is your first visit, the dashboard will be empty and ready for your first session.

Start practicing

Click “Start Practicing” to begin a new mock interview session. See Dashboard for details on navigating and managing your interviews.
Use the Chrome Extension to save jobs from LinkedIn and other portals before starting interview practice. Job descriptions feed directly into the question generator for more targeted practice.
